This allows businesses to meet their core objectives and values by effectively drafting and negotiating contractual agreements.
He can provide advice and assistance across a range of areas including employment law, discrimination/equal opportunity and strategic negotiations.
Ryan has also assisted clients in defending various claims in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.
Chris Nunn
Manager, HR & Workplace Relations Consultancy, CCIWA
Chris is a passionate, people focused leader with a keen interest in all facets of Human Resources, with expertise in ER, IR, Culture, Training, Recruitment and Learning & Development.
Previously at Perth Theme Park, Adventure World, he has obtained more than 12 years’ experience in management, customer service, tourism and leadership.
In 2012 Chris was nominated and made it into the top four finalists in the WA Tourism Awards for the Sir David Brand Young Achiever Medal. Chris was nominated again and won the award in 2015.
Chris is a Graduate Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
Cristina Iacob
HR & Workplace Relations Consultant, CCIWA
A results driven and people focussed HR practitioner and trainer with demonstrated experience across both private and government sectors, Cristina has a key interest in HR/ER, workers compensation, employability, system implementation and training, strategy and leadership.
She has previously held roles with WorkCover Queensland, Queensland University of Technology and Eagers Automotive; providing tailored HR advice to ensure organisation policy and practice is aligned with National and State HR legal obligations and Industry standards.
Cristina is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and understands the importance of remaining up to date with technical insights, trends and practices across the HR industry. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance and is currently undertaking Post Graduate Studies specialising in Human Resource Management with Deakin University.
Justin Lilleyman
Legal Director, Workplace Relations, CCIWA
Justin is the Legal Director of the Workplace Relations team at CCIWA. Justin has over 15 years legal experience within the IR and employment law field.
This experience includes representing businesses in contentious unfair dismissal matters and general protections claims as well as advising clients on contractual matters, workplace investigations and enterprise agreement negotiations.
Justin also advises businesses on the complexities of the IR system including providing strategies in dealing with difficult employees, unions, restructuring and redundancy matters and ensuring compliance with the relevant IR legislation and Modern Award system.
