In collaboration with the Australia India Business Council (AIBC) join us to hear insights from a panel of companies who will have visited India as delegates of the Western Australia Government, Invest and Trade WA Mission to India (12-19 July) led by Hon Roger Cook MLA Deputy Premier; Minister for State Development; Jobs and Trade; Tourism; Commerce; Science who will share his perspectives of the opportunities for WA in India in opening remarks.

With the recent signing of the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (AI-ECTA) tariffs will be eliminated on more than 85% of Australian goods exports to India (valued at more than $12.6 billion a year), rising to almost 91 percent (valued at $13.4 billion) over 10 years. And Australian consumers and businesses will benefit under AI-ECTA with 96% of Indian goods imports entering Australia duty-free on entry into force.
