Keep Australia Beautiful Week - Community clean up

Every August, for over 50 years, Keep Australia Beautiful have been educating Australians about litter, waste and other key environmental issues throughout KAB Week. 

Join the City and participate in a community clean up and help keep the City of Joondalup litter free.

Event details (meeting point is between the two car parks at one of the picnic bench huts - look for the City of Joondalup signage):

8.30am - welcome (register, meet and greet, collect equipment)

8.40am - commence litter collection (park, coastal path and beach)

9.30am - return to meeting point and separate litter (for auditing)

10.15am - refreshments 

All equipment will be provided for participants - gloves, buckets, bags, litter pickers, first aid kit, sharps container etc.

Please bring with you:

• water bottle


• reusable coffee cup


• weather appropriate clothing 


• enclosed shoes
