Once you have purchased your online ticket, please print out the E-TICKET and bring it in on the DAY.

Q. When I buy my ticket what will I get?

A. You will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL with an E-TICKET. Bring that on the day.

Q. Can I bring the E-TICKET on my phone?

A. Yes you can.

Q. Can I, an Arc member, buy Arc member tickets for my friends who are non-Arc?

A. No, this special price is for Arc members only, we will check the STUDENT ID Arc member ticket holders.

Q. Can I get a UNSW student to buy my tickets so I can get the Arc member price?

A. No, only Arc members receive the Arc member price. We will be checking STUDENT ID.

Q. Do you do refunds?

A. No. If you don't want your ticket, you are responsible to sell it.
