Liberating Structures Workshop

You are invited to a highly engaging, experiential learning 3 day workshop, facilitated by the co-founder of Liberating Structures, Keith McCandless. Visiting from the USA, Keith will guide us through what for a growing number of organisations and communities has proven to be a revolutionary way of helping groups work together and get great things done.

Liberating Structures (LS) are a set of 33 practical how-to methods to help you include and unleash everyone —at all levels—in contributing their ideas in a safe, productive, and fun way.  Each “Liberating Structure” introduces tiny shifts in the way we meet, plan, decide and relate to one another – and these tiny shifts (or microstructures) are deceptively simple and easy-to-learn! No expensive investments, complicated training, or shifts in formal structure required. Liberating Structures can bring more freedom, responsibility, and inclusiveness to routine meetings, boost innovation when working across functions and disciplines on complex projects and initiatives as well as working at the top of your individual and collective intelligence when organizing a movement, strategy-making, or transforming a culture. 

Inspired by complexity science, LS helps you address some of the most challenging aspects of working in groups and organizations to move you away from change as an event to an adaptive practice. These practices work well with small and large groups.
