Pok Pok At The Bar

An afternoon of Northern Thai inspired bar snacks paired with barman, James Connolly’s best new cocktails (think snappy whisky sour perfumed with tamarind). The food will include Pok Pok wings, which are the source of Andy’s fame. Saveur magazine (US) voted them to be among the best in the US. Andy is cooking them for the first time outside of his own restaurants. They are worth the visit alone! Alongside Andy’s famed wings, David will serve smoky beef with the best Sriracha sauce in the world, as well as a smart galangal relish with beef and mushrooms and some deep-fried cured pork ribs with garlic.
