REFUND UPDATE: Friday 4 February 2022: For ticketholders awaiting Lunar Electric Newcastle 2021 refunds

Ticketbooth has received refund requests submitted during the refund window. We are awaiting final approval and go-ahead from the promoter to process the return of funds to ticket purchasers. There has been a slight delay to this due to NSW external funding processes. Ticketbooth are actively working with the promoter to action the refunds as soon as possible. Once processed, ticket purchasers will receive an automated email to advise that their order has been refunded, and from that point, it will take 3-10 business days for funds to be returned to the account used for payment.
