The Lune Lab is an exclusive experience where you will be the first to sample our most experimental pastries, straight from the oven. You will skip the queue and be seated at our private bar overlooking “The Cube” – the core working space at Lune - where you will be served a three course pastry flight, whilst interacting with the bakers and pastry chefs. The Lune Lab offers an insider’s perspective of the croissant making process, from conception to consumption.
