You will skip the queue and be seated at our private bar overlooking “The Cube” – the core working space at Lune - where you will be served a three course pastry flight, whilst interacting with the bakers and pastry chefs. The Lune Lab offers an insider’s perspective of the croissant making process, from conception to consumption.
