Attend in person: Members of the Trust – Meeting in public (22 June)

The Harbour Trust invites the public to observe the meeting of the Members of the Trust in-person between 3:30pm and 5pm on Wednesday 22 June 2022. Please register your in-person attendance on this page.

In line with the Harbour Trust’s current COVID-19 roadmap, members of the public are invited to observe the meeting of the Members of the Trust, online via ZOOM and in-person (limited places available). 

At the end of the meeting, the Members of the Trust will conduct a Q&A session, answering questions that have been pre-submitted by members of the public (time permitting).

In-person attendance 

If you would like to observe the meeting of the Members of the Trust in-person, please register your attendance via this page. Due to the size of the venue, we have limited places available and only those who have registered online will be able to attend. 

If you have registered to attend the meeting in-person at the Harbour Trust Head Office, please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the start time. The meeting will be held at the following location:

Want to submit a question

Members of the public are invited to submit questions in writing prior to the meeting. These questions will be addressed by the Members of the Trust and the Harbour Trust Executive during the meeting.

The Chair has the discretion to allow questions to be asked at the meeting; however, we encourage you to submit questions in advance. Please email questions to [email protected] by 5pm, Wednesday 15 June 2022.
