MRtrix3 workshop: Paris

We are very excited to announce that the first official MRtrix3 workshop will be held this year in Paris, France (June 22-24), immediately after the main ISMRM meeting.

This 2½ day hands-on workshop will cover the theory and practice of diffusion analysis, covering the range of techniques available within MRtrix3.

Participants will each be provided with a laptop, pre-installed with the relevant software and data. Participants that wish to bring their own laptops or data are of course welcome to do so, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

After completing this MRtrix3 course, participants should be able to process, analyze, and visualize their own diffusion MRI data sets using MRtrix3 tools.

The registration fee (in AU$) is:

• AU$ 750 for MSc/MD/PhD students (approx. EUR 490 / US$ 600). Students must send a letter confirming student status signed by their supervisor to [email protected] within a week of registration.


• AU$ 900 for other academic attendees (approx. EUR 590 / US$ 730)


• AU$ 1,500 for commercial attendees (approx. EUR 980 / US$ 1210)

Registrations will now close on Thursday 24 May at midnight CET.

Note: Registration fees within the TicketBooth system have been reduced such that the total cost incurred by the registrant, including TicketBooth fees, matches the registration fees advertised by MRtrix3.

Cancellation policy: Participants will be able to cancel their registration up to close of registration (Thursday 24 May 2018, midnight CET), with full refund minus processing fees. After that date, refunds are not guaranteed but the MRtrix3 team will do their best to accommodate individual circumstances.

Waiting list: In the event that registrations for the event are sold out, you may add your name to the waiting list here. Attendance may be later offered to those on the waiting list in the event of registrant cancellation.
