Sunday Serenades Event Information

• Venue: All concerts are held in the Redmond Theatre at Prendiville Catholic College, located at 11 Prendiville Ave, Ocean Reef.


• Parking: A small number of standard and ACROD bays are located directly outside the theatre, with additional parking available on the nearby tennis courts.


• Concert times: All concerts start at 2pm and run for 60 minutes. Doors open at 1.45pm.


• Seating:  All concert seating is unallocated, so sit wherever you like. All seats offer a clear view of the stage.


• Accessibility: Redmond Theatre features a flat entry with wheelchair accessible seating area. We encourage you to reach out to discuss additional accessibility requirements.


• Community Transport program: The City offers a low-cost Community Transport Program to assist patrons who need support getting to and from the concerts. To find out more, please contact the City on 9400 4000


• Cancellation Policy: If a show is rescheduled or cancelled all ticketholders will be eligible for a refund. Any such changes will be communicated via email and on the City of Joondalup website. In all other circumstances, tickets are not refundable. If you can no longer attend a concert, you are welcome to gift your tickets to a friend of family member.


• Companion Tickets: Holders of a valid companion card are eligible to receive an additional ticket for a carer or companion at no charge. If you have booked a Music Lover Package, please contact us so we can manually process the tickets for your companion.
