Situated in the heart of Darling Harbour, the iconic waterfront Restaurant offers the perfect open air setting and premium viewing point for Sydney’s famous Darling Harbour NYE fireworks.

Dine, drink, dance and celebrate as we welcome in the new year on the rooftop terrace amongst the stunning setting that is Cafe del Mar.
