NYE 2021 - Harbour View

Celebrate New Year’s Event at Harbour View, an event for the whole family.

‘Harbour View’, is a beautiful garden that hugs the harbour on the edge of the Botanic Gardens at Mrs Macquarie’s Point. The large open space is lined with trees making it the perfect for the beautiful summer’s day and night on the last day of the year. Pending the location, you choose, there are views of the Harbour, Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge for the 9:00pm and midnight fireworks.

There will be a wide variety of food available from some of Sydney’s most iconic food trucks. Bars will serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The Event is strictly no BYO Alcohol as the venue is licenced.

Harbour View Gold Ticket
Situated on the vantage point of Mrs Macquarie’s Point, connected to the lush expanse of the Royal Botanic Gardens, ‘Harbour View Gold’ is on the most north-easterly part of Farm Cove which looks out over the bustling harbourside vistas including the Harbour Bridge, Fort Denison and the Opera House. This event site offers wonderful opportunities for fantastic views of the midnight NYE fireworks. The area has scattered trees which are the perfect respite for a hot summer’s day. Entry is open from 11:00am for patrons to pick their prime spots. This area is first in, best location! (Please see site map) Gold tickets have access to bathrooms, water refill stations and a bar, serving summer seltzers, Australian Beers & Wines and premium bubbles bar situated in this year's superior vantage point. Gold ticket holders will be able to purchase a wide variety of culinary delights from the food trucks located in the Silver area. Entry is permitted from 11:00am.

Harbour View Silver Ticket
The Domain provides viewing of the Sydney Harbour for New Year’s Eve. (Please see site map for location) Silver tickets have access to bathrooms, water refill stations and bars serving a selection of Australian Beers & Wines. There will also be a wide range of Sydney’s famous food vans. Entry to this area is permitted from 1:00pm.

Harbour View Gold All Ages $150 per person incl gst + booking fee*
Harbour View Silver Adult $40 per person incl gst + booking fee*
Harbour View Silver Children $25 per person incl gst + booking fee*

• Infants under 3 years: FREE, no ticket required


• Children’s Tickets: 3 years to 17 years


• Adult Tickets: 18 years and older

This is an outdoor event which will proceed in all weather. Fireworks are presented by City of Sydney. If the fireworks are cancelled, the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust will not be held responsible or provide compensation.
