About
Carol is a university student who is struggling to understand the syllabus. She seeks help from John, her Professor, who is close to securing tenure. John is a passionate man who loves his job and who wants to inspire his students through his own recently published book. As Carol and John meet, a power struggle ensues and accusations of sexual exploitation fly….but what is really going on and who is right?
Written by American writer David Mamet, OLEANNA is a controversial play exploring power and gender. Opening on White Ribbon Day, The Maltman Lab presents OLEANNA to shine a spotlight on domestic violence and spark a conversation about this issue prevalent in so many lives.
A proportion of ticket sales will be donated to White Ribbon.
