Picture This with Dimity Powell

Dimity Powell believes picture books are soul food, to be consumed at least 10 times a week. If these aren't available, she’ll settle for ice-cream. In this interactive workshop, join Dimity to explore the artful mechanics of picture books, flex your writing muscles and discover how to make your words and pictures shine, no matter what you’re writing.

Workshops are fully supervised, with all equipment and materials supplied. Different age groups and learning styles are catered for by our highly experienced facilitators. 

About the presenter: An award-winning children's author, Dimity Powell writes and reviews exclusively for children and is the Managing Editor for Kids' Book Review. Her word webs appear in anthologies, school magazines, junior novels, as creative digital content, and in picture books.
