Event Description
Plastic Free Living

Plastic has a huge environmental impact – from plastic bag litter in our marine environment, to the carbon pollution that making plastic products creates – there are hundreds of great reasons for committing to using less plastic.

But let’s face it. It’s just not that easy in our modern society to live plastic free!

In 2012 Lindsay Miles accepted a month-long challenge to avoid plastic, and never looked back!

She now lives a zero waste and plastic-free life, and has embraced a life with less ‘stuff’. She’s a writer, speaker and waste-free living advocate – and she will share her journey, complete with wonderful ideas for living a ‘less plastic’ life.
