Plastic Free Living with Lindsay Miles

As part of the partnership with Plastic Free July, the City are hosting various sessions throughout July - webinars and in person workshops. These are for City of Joondalup residents to learn about reducing their waste, with a focus on reducing the use of plastic and alternative solutions.

This 2.5 hour workshop is a combination of Lindsay's previous workshop and webinar on Plastic Free Living. Lindsay will talk about her journey to a plastic free lifestyle, and the challenges and choices the people can make to reduce plastic consumption. Lindsay will also discuss how and why plastic has become a huge environmental problem, and misconceptions about plastic recycling, plus a hands-on DIY activity which attendees can take away.

This workshop is great for a mixture of different levels from people to starting their journey to plastic free living, to those looking for the next step.
