Event Description
Our team at Bamboozled Quizmasters is organising a massive quiz night on 22 February 2020 to raise much needed funds for those affected by the devastating bushfires raging across our nation. The event will include raffles, auctions and plenty of prizes as we bring the Perth community together to offer our support in this time of crisis.
EVENT DETAILS:
Date: Saturday 22 February
Venue: Jim Satchell Community Centre (1 Light St, Dianella)
Time: Arrive from 6pm, event to run from 7-10pm
Food: BYO
Drinks: No BYO, drinks available for purchase.
Cost: $200 (10 people per table)
WHERE YOUR FUNDS WILL GO:
All proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to the Red Cross' Disaster Relief & Recovery Fund. Your donations and support helps to:
* support people at evacuation centres and recovery hubs
* provide psychological first aid to reduce trauma
* grant emergency assistance to those who have lost homes in the bushfires
* support and cover expenses of volunteers
* support long-term recovery programs in disaster-affected communities
* help families and communities prepare for disasters
* cover essential costs like transport, office space, finance and IT systems.
