Despite what you might have heard, the raw food movement is not another ‘fad diet’ as we normally think of them.

The ‘raw food’ revolution is all about eating unprocessed and uncooked foods so you get all the nutrients without any dangerous additives.

Of course, we're not suggesting you change your whole diet to raw food, but it's a great way to get a few extra nutrients in your day! And just because it’s raw, doesn’t mean it can’t be scrumptious!
