Make a bespoke Sinamay Headpiece with Catherine Kelly

Join Award winning Milliner Catherine Kelly, the founder of the prestigious Embellish Atelier and create your own bespoke sinamay fascinator.
You will be introduced to a number of traditional millinery techniques and to the elements and principles of design with regard to millinery, including:
- Materials for millinery
- Sinamay techniques including rolling, leaves, flowers, bias trim ideas
- Tutor will demonstrate crinoline/veiling techniques for students to learn
- How to stitch materials together

Workshop includes:
- Sinamay
- Headband
- Needles/thread
- Veiling or crinoline
- Elastic
You will be provided with a hat box to take your project home.

Skill level: all skill levels welcome, with basic sewing skills an advantage.

Safety note: Please wear closed shoes.
