Terms & Conditions:

1. Please arrive at Santa's Set 10 minutes prior to your designated booking time.
2. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
3. Pets must be brought to the Centre on a lead or in a cage and must not under any circumstances be walked or carried through the centre without a lead.
4. BYO pooper scooper & waste disposal bag to clean up after your pet if required.
5. Waste is prohibited from being placed in internal centre bins.
6. Photographs will be available at the end of your photo session where full payment will be necessary.
7. Photography is only applicable to domestic cats and dogs. If your pet is not a cat or dog, please specify the type of animal in your booking email.
8. In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive behaviour, we will ask that they are removed from the centre.
9. Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time, however in the event that another photography session is being completed at the time of your booking, we would appreciate your patience while the customer is finishing up.
