Self Mastery Qigong Live immersion Thailand.

In this Qigong live immersion, we will be enmeshed in the heart of Buddhism in Thailand, where we will stay in the city of temples Chiang Mai. Your instructor Fay Savage-Winter is a certified Qigong instructor with over 25yrs experience in martial arts, Qigong and natural therapies, we are registered both nationally and internationally so your in good hands. We are affiliated with the NQA and IICT and are partnered with Act Belong Commit.

Here is what we have planned for you.

Friday 6pm we will hold the opening ceremony and welcome all guests where we will forward your itinerary followed by dinner.

We will be practicing Qigong every morning followed by breakfast, then morning meditation at the temple where you can meet the monks and give offerings.

We will have a day where we meet some of my old friends THE ELEPHANTS at the rescue/rehabilitation centre. We will open our heart space in their honour and do a beautiful Qigong practice among them, followed by a mindful walk and meditation with them. ( nobody comes out of this without crying) it's so beautiful.

Monk Chat- where we meet the monks and sit for as long as we need in private to ask and discuss any topic. This is your journey, your story, your chance to truly open up to enlightenment.

A trip to the Dao Gardens is always a must and we do plan this if time allows.
