 Each workshop will give you a little bit of history of shibari, and why it’s so hot for hentai ("kinky" in Japanese) play.

 You’ll develop skills that are immediately useful, and we will show you ways of incorporating shibari into your play, regardless of your level, and how to be safe and sexy about it.

 Satomi’s class style is traditional teaching, the way an apprentice learns from a master (nawashi). You learn the basics, and master them. From there, you can progress to the next level in your personal learning journey.

 Workshops are approximately 2.5 hours long, and in a unique intimate format we have developed with Satomi to maximize your learning experience.

 You will leave each class with new skills, an understanding of safety, and having discovered for yourself the inner rope imp in your soul.

This is a rare opportunity to learn from a lady that has lived the life of an apprentice and graduated to the honoured level of nawashi.

Shibari 202 - Taking It Up A Level

The first segment of this workshop focuses on safety and the anatomy, various rope lengths and their pros and cons.

The building blocks of partial or full suspension, the techniques taught here include 2 variations of the "Gote" or "Ushirode" (hands behind back upper body harness) that can also be applied to newaza (floor rope)

We recommend the attendees to have mastered Shibari Basics.

 Each of these workshops are hands on and delivered in an intimate setting, with a limited number of attendees to ensure safety and that each and everyone's expectations are met.  A great deal of importance is given to both top & bottom/ giver & receiver... For this reason both tops and bottoms will be charged to attend. For this reason both tops and bottoms will need to book and pay to attend.

The workshops are divided into levels of complexity. In each of these you will be taught a set of skills and are highly encouraged to master these before moving on to the next level.
