Shuvani; Festivále Historíque: Meditation for Kids

Participation in one of the Magic Meditation for Kids on Saturday at 1:00pm. This is a 45 minute session.

Come on a gentle, magical journey back into the Middle Ages! Our meditation adventure will start with some breathing and body awareness exercises, followed by a guided "story meditation", and finishing up with an interactive session for the children to share their imaginings. Children's meditation helps kids to feel calm, enhance creativity and self-esteem, and improve concentration!
