The Vegetable Plot is a beloved Aussie band that first sprouted at the 2014 Sydney Fringe, winning the award for Best Children's show. Since then Aspara Gus, Ru Barb and Sir Paul McCarrotney have travelled all over Australia, playing their funky-fresh tunes and spreading Love and Peas.
Now part of the ABC Kids music family, with listeners in over 100 countries, multiple international awards, an ARIA nomination and more than 2 million streams on Spotify to their name, The Vegetable Plot has grown into that rare thing: a kids band that adults enjoy listening to just as much as their kids do!
In a special treat for Little Feet Festival, join The Vegetable Plot for a journey into the magic garden of the human imagination!
Learn about vocal warm-ups and harmonies, feast on songwriting secrets, and then use everything you’ve learned to help the band write a groovy new song!
Built around some of The Vegetable Plot’s most popular songs like Avocado, Melon Collie and The Pajamazon Jungle, this workshop is all about exploring creativity and planting seeds of musical inspiration that will blossom for years to come.
Best suited for children aged 4 - 9 years old.
Sorry, this event is now fully booked. Don't worry though - you can still see The Vegetable Plot at Little Feet Festival with two live shows at the Music Stage.
