In a concert comprised of amazing solos, the WPO turns the Spotlight on its own remarkable assests, featuring some of the WPO’s own principal players.

Tim Neville  performs  Hummel's  triumphant Trumpet Concerto; and be transported to the sparkling lights of Paris with  Damase's  dazzling Harp Concertino, performed by  Marjorie Maydwell.

WPO's Concert Master  Rob Nijs  will take you to another world in  Vaughn Williams  ethereal work, The Lark Ascending; and Julian Alder  plays  Mozart’s  perennial favourite, Clarinet Concerto.

To direct this captivating program of concerti, the WPO welcomes back to the conductor's podium, the stellar talents of  Brad Lucas.
