 Salt & pepper calamari, salsa verde, pickled onion, fried capers with squid ink tartar

 Coconut laksa curry, vermicelli rice noodles, chicken, herb oil and coriander

 ‘Chop Shop’ – Pale Ale:

 Grilled beef skirt, charred onion, mushroom medley, chard, red vein sorrel, enoki tops, red wine jus and kipfler potatoes
