Submerged – ABSF Gala Dinner 2020

Festivities once again kick off the weekend on the Friday night with the annual ‘Ocean to plate’ Seafood Gala dinner, this year hosted by Peruvian Chef Alejanro Saravia (Pastuso, Farmers Daughters) showcasing local seafood from the Apollo Bay Fisherman’s Co-Op and Apollo Bays freshest locally sourced ingredients. Guests will be treated to banquet of share plates and along with drinks and dessert. Last year’s dinner sold out in record time so make sure to get in quick!
