Sultry Seafood Sessions returns to The Standard on Thursday July 12th.
This time, we take a trip to the westernmost part of Australia, Shark Bay. This area on Western Australia's Coral Coast boasts a unique combination of wildlife, flora and stunning scenery unlike that found anywhere else.
Chef Chase Weber rounds up a bounty of Shark Bay produce to create a long table seafood feast with produce by Kailis Bros Leederville. Matching wines by Rieslingfreak hailing from the Barossa Valley.
