SUNRISE ROOFTOP YOGA

In June 2016, Have You Heard launches it's new series of events aimed at providing inspiration & sustenance for your mind, body & soul.

Have You Heard Presents... The Balance Project.

We begin with weekly sunrise yoga classes on the rooftop of Cruise Bar, Circular Quay Sydney.

You’re invited to soak up the rising sun and panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House and the city and join a 60-minute, Vinyasa yoga class hosted by Gemma Mills from Body Mind Life & Yogi Bare Essentials. This class will be accessible to beginners while providing enough challenge for seasoned yogis.

After the class you can enjoy a healthy breakfast of bircher muesli with yoghurt and fruit platters.
