Everyone’s favourite live music series is back! Grab tickets for Sunset Sessions 2025 and spend your Saturday afternoons in the heart of Sydney Harbour!

8 March 2025 – Terza Madre (6:45pm) Taking their cues from the synth menace of Giallo cinema soundtracks, the lavish orchestral arrangements of Ennio Morricone and the nostalgic star power of Italian pop icons Mina Mazzini and Massimo Ranieri, Terza Madre have sold out every show they have played over the last two years.
Captivating and genre defying, they will appear in stripped back, pure romantic, Italian torch song form against the backdrop of Cockatoo Island, for Sunset Sessions.

Songwriter Julia Johnson blends folk, synth, and indie influencers into a unique sonic tapestry. Known for her rich, narrative-driven songs and exceptional musicianship, Johnson has long been fascinated by Cockatoo Island and for the first time, will perform a song about the island. She’s supported iconic artists like Courtney Barnett and Tim Rogers. Expect an intimate, immersive performance where folk instruments meet modern production, and electric banter will draw you in deep int her musical world.
