Are you thinking of building or renovating in the City of Cockburn? Do you want to make sure that your new building design is good for your pocket, and for the planet?

The City of Cockburn wants to help you get off to a good start and is offering (future) residents a one-on-one ‘date’ with an independent 'Green Gurus' sustainable building expert to get advice and tips, and provide you with knowledge and tools so you can make the decisions that are right for you, and the planet.

Green Gurus™ are independent experts on Sustainable Buildings. We focus on sustainability education and consultancy in the property sector, in partnership with REIWA and Local Government.

The City has also provided some great tools for the general public to educate on sustainable buildings with the ultimate aim of encouraging better and more sustainable development in our community.
