Get ready for our Boodle Fight! Chef Rodelio Panganiban dives into cuisine of his heritage taking Exec Chef Chase Weber along for the journey. It’s a Filipino feast!

Originating from the Filipino armed forces, ‘Boodle Fight’ is a feast of food arranged on fresh banana leaves on a long table where everyone gets together and eats with their hands. It's about sharing the love of Filipino food and community eating.
