Tapas & Pintxos of Spain. A Cooking Journey
Celebrate Spain’s National Day with us at Hay Street Market by cooking some of the most iconic tapas and pintxos of Spain. Led by **Nat (Atypical Spanish)** from Madrid, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic dishes that are loved all across the country.
The recipes we’ll create together:
- Tortilla de Patatas: Spain’s most popular tapa. We’ll confit the potatoes, caramelise the onion, and finish with the famous flip to make the perfect tortilla.
- Gilda: the pintxo trend of the moment. Originally from the Basque Country, now enjoyed all across Spain as the ultimate aperitivo.
- Pan amb Tomaquet: the rustic tomato bread from Catalonia, simple yet packed with flavour, and loved by everyone who tries it.
*All materials and ingredients will be provided, and you’ll take home the recipes so you can recreate them at home.
