Money matters youth program - Term two

Join us and Empower2Free for our Budgeting and Financial Confidence for Youth Workshops.

This engaging six-week program helps young people understand their spending habits, set savings goals, and manage their money with confidence. Through fun, interactive sessions, participants will learn practical budgeting skills that balance saving and spending—all while ensuring their financial journey is both empowering and enjoyable.

Wednesdays 21 May - 25 June 2025
4-6pm (youth space open from 3.45pm)
$30 for six-week program
Ages 11-18 

Young people can expect:

• Interactive craft activities such as make your own visualisation boards and money saving jars.


• Learning how to get financially savvy and creative ways to save and earn money.


• Create a budget plan and a safe space to ask any finance related questions.


• All resources are included.

Workshops will be located at:

Heathridge Community Centre
Sail Terrace, Heathridge

Registration is essential as spots are limited.

Step 1 – BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW: Ensure the participant is within the age range specified above prior to following the payment process. You will not be refunded if you incorrectly book for the wrong age.

Step 2 – Make sure the participant has completed the Youth Services Membership Form.

Step 3 – After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Your ticket - can be printed or displayed on a smartphone on arrival.
