Event Description

BottledSnail Productions is proud to present Terminus, a concert of Mozart's sublime Requiem conducted by Robert Dora and the Melbourne premiere of Australian composer Dan Walker's Last Verses conducted by Dan Walker.

Set in the sumptuous acoustic of St Paul's Cathedral, the performance will feature Habeas Chorus, the Melbourne Lawyers’ Orchestra and the Monash University Choral Society. The music in this programme is a celebration of life; a rally against the idea of death, but not necessarily the idea of dying. It is at times resigned, earnest and heartfelt, at others achingly poignant and hauntingly beautiful.

BottledSnail Productions’ mission is to facilitate opportunities for members of the legal profession to perform, engage and create and give back to the wider community in the process.

Performances: Saturday 21 May 2016, 3pm and 7pm.

Tickets: $35 adult / $25 conc / $30 group of 8 or more.
For groups of more than 10 please contact [email protected].

Doors open half an hour prior. Toilets in Federation Square.
