Led by Bar Chief James Connolly, taste heroes from the cocktail lists at Petition Wine Bar & Merchant, The Treasury Lounge and Bar, Wildflower, Long Chim and Halford. Between drinks, hear the stories behind each cocktail along with tales from inside the 140 year-old historic State Buildings.
