KONGA with The Jungle Body
Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. KONGA is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. KONGA is a fierce and wild workout designed to shape, sculpt and redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.
Extreme Shredder VIP with Sally Matterson
Extreme Shredder VIP workouts are 20min Body Sculpting & Fat Loss routines designed to tone every muscle of the body, whilst shredding fat at the same time. There are workouts to sculpt the back & shoulders, tone the arms & abs as well as shape the booty & legs. The Lean Legs Shred routine that will feature at this year’s Brisbane Expo will target the lower body with a combination of exercises to help target & tone the butt and thighs as well as shred stubborn areas of body fat from these trouble zones.
SBF Bootcamp with Sally Brouwer
A HIIT style training session requiring no equipment and minimal space. A back to basics workout approach that can be adapted to any fitness level. All you need is your body, a big heart and a good work ethic!
Zuu Bodyweight and Ankorr Training
Grasp the concepts of high intensity training by working the upper and lower body using dynamic bodyweight exercises designed by the ZUU.
The ZUU helps to build strength and core stability without weights.
Ankorr is the worlds first multi-planar resistance harness. It integrates with body weight training, functional fitness, cross-fit, PT, gym or sports specific training to rapidly increase your fitness.
This session showcases how Ankorr can be used from a fixed point, for a solo high intensity workout, using the signature ZUU move – the bear crawl. This drill lasts for 2 minutes and consists of forward bear crawls to build lactic in your legs, switching to reverse bear crawls to punish your shoulders.

A Variable Intensity Interval Training (VIIT) session designed to give participants both intensity and mobility based conditioning that can be applied in home, gym or sport training environments.
