Everyday in Australian nearly 6 men die from suicide. In fact, suicide is the leading cause of death for all Australians aged between 15 and 44 years.

The This Is A Conversation Starter (TIACS) Foundation endeavours to change these stats by offering relatable, approachable and reliable mental health services to people especially blokes in the blue collar industry. It offers people who can’t afford mental health services or don’t feel comfortable using other services a mental wellness facility.

The Ipswich Turf Club team has dedicated the month of October to raising awareness of this important issue. By raising money we hope to provide more access to the services provided by the TIACS Foundation.
