Trifecta Workshops are one-of-a-kind educational experiences for those wanting to improve their physical and athletic skills in the water, while developing important mental skills and attributes on land. Each Trifecta Workshop has a specific theme, delivered by former and current Australian Swim Team members!

On this occassion, join former World Champion and World Record holder, Jade Edmistone, as she takes you through this 3-hour workshop focused on improving your breaststroke, butterfly and race skills in the water. Jade will also talk from personal experience, teaching strategies around how to stay motivated throughout the different phases of your sporting journey!

There will also be time for Q&A for athletes and parents, as well as autographs, so bring along anything you would like signed on the day.
