PRINTED PROGRAM GUIDE:

You will receive a full color printed program guide upon arrival to help you navigate your time at Bohemian Summer Festival better. Bring some pens or textures so you can circle the workshops or activities that take your fancy. 

WORKSHOP ETIQUETTE:

No need to pre-book. You simply turn up approx. 10 minutes prior. There may be limited spots in the craft workshops so if you are really keen to do something, please ensure you get their extra early. Most of these runs twice so if you miss it once, you will have another chance to participate. Please wait for the Area Champ to welcome you in. If you need to leave a workshop early, you are welcome to do so but please be mindful to leave quietly and without fuss as to not distract the presenter and participants.

PAYMENT PLANS (Available for a Limited Time Only)

• Select the Payment Plan option on the 2nd page of check out. If you don't select this option, it will be processed at the full fee.


• Payment plan tickets are only sent once all payments are complete.

Payment Plans T&C's:

By choosing this payment plan, you agree to pay all future installments in accordance with the dates discussed. Payments cannot be taken outside of the nominated payment dates. Tickets will not be issued until the full balance has been paid. Payment plans are for the entire order and changes to your order cannot take place until the full balance has been paid. In the event that a payment has failed, the system will attempt to debit your card on the next payment date. If you would like to cancel your payment plan, the entire order will be voided and all past payments will be forfeited.

TICKET TERMS

• All Sales are Final - there are no refunds for incorrect purchases, changes in personal circumstances or if you choose not to come due to inclement weather or for any reason whatsoever. If you can no longer make the event, you can on sell your ticket on TIXEL.


• The Ultimate GIRLS Weekend is an outdoor, all weather event in Regional Victoria and Queensland.

One of the most beautiful festivals I have ever presented my clothing stall at. I have been doing this kind of work for 20 years and I Also organize 3 festivals myself too, so I know how much love you all put into this wonderful event. So all i can say you ladies thought of everything and covered it all. We felt so welcomed and so nurtured by every one-off you wonderful people. From organizers to all other stall holders, presenters, and healers and of course all our amazing customers. We laughed, cried, sang and danced with you all. I know it's been said before but my experience at the festival was life changing. I loved absolutely everything about it and am hoping if I can find the right admin to bring some intuitive art workshops next year. We had such a lovely weekend ... it went too fast .. spaced out beautifully.  I didn't get even close to a flat phone once (needing contact with home), did NOT use my walking stick once as the ground was so flat. Never felt hungry once, bought food & drinks there plus my own supplies for my fussy face, Just a big thank you to all that made this trip away a very rejuvenating one. As a First Nation's woman I felt very safe and supported, surrounded by loving, caring souls. Comfortable in my own skin again, that, I used to feel at other festivals. You have a beautiful event here. Myself, my sister and cousin spent the day with you guys, and we are already talking about staying for the 3 days next year. It was incredibly comfortable to be whoever you were and wanted to be. All the beautiful souls there, all on individual journeys, yet we all felt united as one.
