Take the stress and worries away from organizing tents & camping gear. Purchasing a Glamping package allows you to arrive at VANFEST to a fully set up Glamping experience, perfectly positioned in the VAN-CITY campsite so you can get straight into enjoying the full weekend of festivities. Too Easy.

All glamping tents include:

• Foam mattresses, bedding and linen and towels


• Carpet and LED fairy lights

2-person Luna Luxury Bell tent includes:

• Real double bed with luxury bedding, linen and towels


• Cushions, rugs and blankets, fairy lights

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• All Glampers will have a nearby parking allocation for their vehicle.


• Campsite will have prime location nearest to toilet/shower facilities, and common areas.


• Glamping passes do not include your festival ticket.


• Glamping campsite will be in an enclosed campsite within VAN-CITY and only those with valid passes can access this campsite.


• VAN-CITY is a 100% fire ban at all times.


• VAN-CITY is an alcohol free zone. If you bring alcohol into the camp grounds, it will be confiscated.
