The theme is Vision.

Pecha Kucha is a Japanese word for the sound of conversation.  The presentation format was devised by Tokyo based architects Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham in 2003 to allow for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public. The key to Pecha Kucha Night is its patented system featuring presentations of only 6 minutes 40 seconds.  Pecha Kucha has tapped into a global demand for creative networking and a forum in which creative work can be easily shown.
