Waterwise Verge Garden Workshop

Find out how to transform your verge into a waterwise garden while creating a cool, green neighbourhood that provides habitat for our local wildlife and reduces water use during this workshop. 

Join Chris Ferreira from The Forever Project for a 2 hour workshop to learn how to replace grass, synthetic lawn, hardscaped materials or verges with no treatments with native plants and mulch.

This workshop forms part of the City’s Waterwise Verge Rebate Program that aims to support residents to install a waterwise garden on their verge. The Program will open in November and successful applicants will receive a $250 voucher to use at a waterwise garden centre or nursery, 20 native plants and an everlasting seed pack to create a waterwise verge garden.
