Join Adam Keane, 100 Proof resident Spirit Specialist, as he takes you on a journey around the world of whisk(e)y. Showcasing 5 different whiskies from 5 different countries, each with their own unique story and flavour profile.

We start in Australia and then travel to Japan, Ireland, Scotland and the USA on our tasting journey, discovering what makes each country's whisk(e)y unique!

From Pure Malt (blend) to Single Malt and Whiskey to Scotch to Bourbon - discover and taste the difference and leave an expert! The night features a special tasting of the Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Cherry Wood Smoked Barley bourbon, along with four other special whiskies; each matched with carefully crafted nibbles from our Head Chef.
