Winter Wonderland Friendship Ball

On Saturday 27 August 2016, Self Help Workplace will host their biennial Friendship Ball.

The ball will also be an opportunity for the community of Launceston to join the team from Self Help Workplace to:

• Make new friends and thank our old friends for their support;


• Have a really good time, eating, drinking and dancing;


• Celebrate another year of Self Help Workplace providing meaningful and productive employment for people with disabilities;


• Raise funds to support Self Help Workplace to continue doing what they have been doing for the community since 1962.

Self Help Workplace is a not for profit Australian Disability Enterprise employing 51 people with a disability at their site in Youngtown. The vision of Self Help Workplace is to grow a vibrant, innovative disability enterprise which provides access to meaningful employment for anyone with a disability who wants to work and enables people with a disability to enjoy independent and fulfilling lives.
