Work Health & Safety Act Webinar

CCIWA will be presenting a 3-part webinar series surrounding the key areas of workplace health and safety.

The first instalment of this series is focused on the Work Health and Safety Act. The Act provides a framework to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all workers at work and of other people who might be affected by the work. This webinar will focus on the primary duty of care obligations for the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU), the worker and the due diligence requirements of Officers. It will help participants generally understand their health and safety duties and rights at work.
