We are talking all-level Yoga, with wireless, glow in the dark, noise isolating, headphone technology.

Expect to feel like you’ve been vacuumed sealed into the newly developed, Plant 4 Bowden space but this is no sensory deprivation experience.

Cosmic Yoga Studio instructor Paula Lyle will be leading a special Vinyasa Flow to the curated beats of DJ Morgen Wynn.
