The Standard’s head chef Chase Weber and Young George’s Melissa Palinkis prove they do.
They both love each other’s food, and after rubbing shoulders at collaborative dinners all around Perth, the two chefs from opposite ends of Perth have finally come together.
For one night only The Standard x Young George bring you the ultimate 5-course dinner.
You’ll be treated to two entrees – one by The Standard and one by Young George – an array of shared mains by both chefs and a dessert from each venue.
The meals are paired with beer from Beerfarm from Margaret River who share a similar ethos to The Standard and Young George – using only the freshest ingredients from local farmers, or what they have grown on the farm.
It’s the ultimate feast from three creative minds.
